• You must have completed the entire course, within the initial time period granted.
• You must have spent at least the recommended 18 hours studying the material
• You have passed the sample mock examination contained within the course (you can take this more than once if necessary)
• You sit the Prometric/Pearson Vue examination within 7 days of completion of the course.

To claim

• Send us a copy of your official result from Prometric/Pearson Vue within 7 days of your exam
